Thank you for considering Busy Buddies for your special event! Sensory and art play parties are an incredibly memorable way to celebrate a birthday or any occasion. Parties at the studio are a low stress option for the party host. I look forward to collaborating with you to create a super special occasion!

Busy Buddies Studio location: 446A Main Street, Monroe, CT.

What you get:

  • 1.5 hours of studio use: 1 hour of activities and 30 minutes for pizza & cupcake

  • Optional: add on 30 minutes and an additional activity for $75-$100

  • Amazing entertainment: 5 highly engaging sensory play and art activities, as well as music and dancing

  • Decorations, tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, utensils (balloons not included)

  • Decorating, party setup, and cleanup all taken care of by BB staff!

Host responsibilities:

  • Bring food (pizza or light snacks), drinks, and cake/cupcakes

  • Decor is not necessary to bring; however, if you want balloons or themed decorations/plates/napkins, you can bring them!

  • Help to serve food (or guests can serve themselves)

  • Relax and enjoy your event!

Party times:

  • Friday parties can start between 2:00-5:00

  • Saturday parties can start between 2:00-4:00

  • Sunday parties can start between 11:00-2:00

Some helpful notes:

  • The studio can accommodate up to 15 kids without being overcrowded. 

  • We do not have a kitchen at the studio. Please limit food to pizza or light snacks.

  • Our motto is "dress for a mess!" Give your guests a heads up that we have a bunch of fun activities planned that include paint, so they can be prepared.

  • This is not a drop-off event. Parents are required to supervise their child(ren).

  • Party host can arrive up to 20 minutes early. Everything will be taken care of and ready for you when you get there!

  • Mini Playdough Jars (3 oz): Made with our signature "cupcake" scented playdough with sprinkles. Perfect addition to goodie bags. $2/jar (min 8 jars)

  • Medium Playdough Jars (5 oz): Playdough only! Customize your color, scent, and glitter!

  • Signature Cupcake Playdough Sensory Jars (8 oz jar): Made with our signature "cupcake" scented playdough with sprinkles, plus play pieces - $7/jar + tax

  • Custom Theme Playdough Sensory Jars (8. oz jar): Designed around your party theme! Includes 5 oz. of playdough and play pieces - $9/jar + tax

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
